Submit Concert Listings

One of the most visited pages on our website is the Upcoming Concerts page, which is an up-to-date searchable database of concerts, events, festivals, Featured Local Artists shows, and Featured Business events.

If you’re not a Featured Artist or Business, or a National Act*, but would still like to have your show/events listed in our calendar, we’d be happy to add them for a small fee.

Here are our current prices:

• Featured Artist/Business = Free with Premium Membership, $2 each with a Basic Membership
• National Act* = free at our discretion as time allows – utilizing our bulk upload offer will make it more likely that we can get them posted
• All other listings = $5 each

*National Act is defined as someone who has had at least one Top-50 single on the Country Aircheck Airplay chart.

For a bulk submission, please send us an Excel Spreadsheet with the following column headers, then fill in the data and email it to info@hometowncountrymusic.com:

• Event Name – Artist Name – City, ST (or Event Name – City, ST)
• Event Description – (Please keep short)
• Location Name – Venue Name
• Address – Venue Address
• Town/City – Venue City
• State – Venue State
• Zip Code – Venue Zip Code
• Country – Venue Country (Put United States for USA)
• Location URL – Can leave this blank
• Event Categories – Please type out as listed here.  Options are:  Bar & Nightclub Specials, Concerts, Events, Festivals, Live Local Music, On TV, Online
• Start Date – Event Start Date (xx/xx/xx)
• End Date – Event End Date – if a single-day event, use same date as start date.  (xx/xx/xx)
• Start Time – Event Start Time (x:xx pm)
• End Time – Event End Time (x:xx pm)
• All Day? – False (only use True if event times are unknown or truly lasts all day)
• Event Timezone – Use the following cities for their corresponding Time Zones:  New York, Chicago, Denver, Los Angeles
• Event Image – link to event/tour flyer or artist photo
